Password protecting the folders in Windows (Easy Step)

Assigning Passwords to Folders in Windows 98 and 2000

1. Right Click on empty space in the folder.
2. Press Customize this Folder.
3. Next step for this Creat or Edit an HTML Document.
4. Then search for the string and tag 'script language="JavaScript"'

Insert a Blank line after this then insert the following text

var pass=prompt("Enter the Password to get in")
if (pass!="ajr")
{
window.location("C:")
}

Hit the Enter key on your keyboard

Save the file and exit

5. Press F5 then it asks for the password.
6. Actually this file is "Folder.htt" which executes when the folder opened.
